Recent Collaborations with Kinburn Construction

Looking to upgrade your space??

This collaboration with Kinburn Construction was to redo and upgrade an existing deck. Being on a busy corner lot, we worked with the client to form a luxury outdoor area, with storage, that added some privacy to the property.

On this job, Kinburn Construction was tasked with providing a roof over existing patio space. We were able to help with the framing of the roof structure (pictured left and below) as well as install the black metal roofing. At the request of client we came back later and clad the underside with soffit to help brighten the area after pot lights were installed.
